Our warehouse typically processes all orders within 1-2 business days. You may be waiting longer because some items in your order have longer processing times.

You can check the shipping status of your order on the Arora Online Shoppee app or arora.com. Simply go to "Your orders" and click the "Track" button next to your order for a direct link to your shipping details. On the page, you will see your shipping carrier, tracking number, estimated delivery time, and the most recent shipping status. If you have not received a tracking number yet, our warehouse may still be processing your order. Please allow 1–2 business days for warehouse processing. We will notify you once your tracking
information is available and your order has been shipped.
